ABOUT THE ROLE
The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, supporting social media content delivery and strategy development, reporting on social media metrics, and supporting marketing initiatives.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER YOU MUST
- Develops channel-specific strategies and content calendar for all brands ongoing marketing initiatives, new restaurant openings, seasonal campaigns, wine club membership, and hiring
- Ensures posting and scheduling of social media content for multiple restaurant brands in a timely manner
- Brainstorms with marketing and applicable stakeholders on social and brand campaigns
- Sources or designs compelling visuals (photo/video) for social posts
- Monitors social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Engages and responds to all incoming guest inquiries on all social platforms
- Tracks restaurant mentions across social channels
- Monitors social media and brand trends
- Assists in recap reporting for key brand campaigns
- Assists on-site at occasional photo/video shoots with props and food styling

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field,
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in marketing or public relations,
- Proficiency in navigating and using social media platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with creating documents in Google (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining social media strategies across different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads)
- Familiar with social media management tools (Brandwatch, Sked Social, Sprout Social etc.)
- Experience executing basic photography and videography for Reels and Tik Tok required
- Experience with basic multimedia editing required (CapCut, Premiere)
- Graphic design experience preferred (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
- Paid social campaign experience preferred

$60,000 to $66,000 base
