ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Regional Field Marketing Manager you are responsible for driving revenue by creating and applying innovative sales building initiatives to meet New Restaurant Openings (NSO) and Comp locations Restaurant Level (RL) Top-line Sales goals by building strategies across their region through a mix of "off the shelf" marketing programs, amplification of enterprise-wide brand programs, off premise experiential, partnerships and PR initiatives.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST
- Develop annual, market level sales and brand building plans for each market across region with quantifiable sales gains KPIs assigned for success measurement.
- Responsible for planning and execution of all NSOs including pre-opening buzz building, grand opening activities(s), and ramp period marketing plan execution through Comp status to achieve RL Top-line Sales goals.
- Serves as marketing expert in assigned markets, analyzing market conditions including being deeply knowledgeable of demographics, competition, industry activity, guest needs, and local brand positioning / market conditions to develop strategies for improved business performance.
- Communicate all national, seasonal marketing, specific market-level seasonal initiatives and Wine Club campaigns to Area Ops Leadership, clearly articulating benefits, and direct impact expectation to supporting RL Top-line Sales goals.
- Develop & coordinate logistics of local off-premise experiential / community engagement activity, regional partnerships, promotions and LTOs that require market-wide (or specific restaurant location) coordination.
- Ownership of market-level launch / expansion of Wine Club program to amplify quarterly release campaigns in each market.
- Lead planning individual marketing plans for underperforming locations, setting clear KPIs for measurement and enrolling each stakeholder cross functionally for execution of plan.
- Communicate, prepare and hand-off LSM execution duties to RL Leadership (GMs, AGMs, RMs) and be present/on-site to support at larger activations.
- Own weekly (and quarterly) regional reporting and analysis on top-line sales results, day-part, revenue center, sentiment and 3PD performance, making recommendations on real time sales driving initiatives or pivots to optimize existing campaigns
- Share LSM best practices via regular communication and execute Quarterly Business Review meetings with Area Ops Leadership.

Requirements
- 5-7 years' experience in marketing, building sales in a multi-unit / multi-market environment, specifically opening new markets.
- Knowledge and experience in developing holistic field marketing initiatives (media, partnerships, events, PR, influencers, catering)
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically to drive results that build both brand differentiation and annual sales results.
- Excellent analytical and computer skills
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Must be able to travel a minimum of 50%
