ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing our local listings, SEM/SEO, PPC, paid social, and programmatic; the Specialist will also be responsible for reporting on the success of these channels and tactics. This role will also support our guest engagement and guest feedback channels

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST
  • Implement channel-specific strategies for all brands' ongoing marketing initiatives, new restaurant openings, seasonal campaigns, wine club membership, and hiring
  • Implementing, maintaining, and optimizing campaigns across all digital channels
  • Assist with all aspects of executing campaigns through project management and development of creative assets: email, direct mail, digital, web, video, and printed collateral
  • Maintain and monitor guest-facing local listings (i.e. Yelp, Google)
  • Respond to and recover guests following a negative experience
  • Work collaboratively with operations and field teams to identify trends and guest experience opportunities
  • Develop and maintain reporting on an ongoing basis
  • Assists in recap reporting for key brand campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field experience
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in digital marketing with an emphasis in performance marketing execution
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including CRM/email, Google, social media, search, CTV,/streaming channels, and third-party affiliates,
  • Monitor SEO performance and own implementation of ongoing tactical implementation to optimize website traffic and online ordering
  • Analyze and recommend digital omnichannel strategies to drive profitability, increase visitors, improve conversion rates, and manage margin performance,
  • Oversee digital customer experience, including the creative team ongoing auditing of CX experience across all digital channels,, external digital partnerships,, and third-party digital ordering platforms
  • Oversee digital customer reputation platform and CRM recovery process
  • Support the management of internal and external digital agency partner teams,
  • Own digital ROI tracking, optimizing budgets in real-time and developing monthly reporting recaps
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with creating documents in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar),
  • Experience developing and maintaining reporting for company leadership
  • Preferred experience in digital marketing for a multi-unit brand
  • Preferred experience in managing loyalty programs or e-Commerce,
